Bread Making Courses
As a precautionary measure to protect our customers, our business and our production staff and following government guidelines we have decided to postpone our bread courses.
As soon as the situation improves, our new dates will be published.
A fabulous day for enthusiastic home bakers who wish to expand their knowledge and refine their skills and for the complete novice to learn about the joys of good bread! A unique opportunity to be in a working bakery using wood-fired ovens.

Jamie Campbell, our founder, runs the course. He is passionate and knowledgeable about good bread and the day is jam-packed with information. As part of a small group you will learn all about both sourdough and yeast based breads. There's lots of opportunity for hands-on learning - mixing, kneeding, moulding, shaping and baking, as these skills are best learnt working with an expert and directly with the dough.
You will come away with a good understanding of sourdough, including how to prepare a culture and care for it, and you can take a starter home with you, as well as lots & lots of bread!
The day starts at 10.30am and usually finishes about 4.00pm. We provide all your refreshments and you will make your own delicious lunch with a pizza type dough, wood'fired of course!
